CFT51 Transmitter : CFT51 Coriolis Mass Flow and Density Transmitter The Foxboro® CFT51 Coriolis flow transmitter when combined with a CFS10, CFS20 or CFS25 Coriolis mass flowtube handles measurements that cause other Coriolis meters to fail. This unique solution overcomes problems associated with entrained gases, empty tube conditions or flash-prone fluids and fully realizes the promise of Coriolis measurement to achieve high accuracy, eliminate downtime, avoid workarounds and keep profits flowing.

NOCT60A  Transmitter : NOCT60A Net Oil Coriolis Transmitter The NOCT60A Net Oil Coriolis Transmitter, when used with a Foxboro® CFS flowtube, integrates Foxboro-patented digital Coriolis technology with Realflo® industry-leading flow computation software and PLC-style logic to provide a complete solution for liquid net oil measurement. The transmitter provides frequency, scaled pulse, 4 to 20 mA current, alarm, and contact outputs. It also supports nonvolatile totalization of the output. Modbus communication protocol allows full intelligent digital communications using a Modbus communication interface. The NOCT60A can be configured to run logic programs created using either the Telepace® Studio or SCADAPack® IEC 61131-3 Workbench software, as specified in the model code.

CFS10 Coriolis Flowtube : The CFS10 Mass Flowtubes combines with a CFT51 Coriolis Mass Flow Transmitter to form a Coriolis Mass Flow and Density Meter. The principle of Coriolis acceleration is used which allows true mass flow rate measurements of fluids to be made directly, without the need for external temperature, pressure, or specific gravity measurements. The direct measurement of mass eliminates the inaccuracies of multiple process measurements associated with volumetric flow devices are eliminated. The Model CFS10 is a single path mass flowtube that uses two serial-connected, large bore tube loops positioned side by side. Fluid entering the flowtube is channeled first through one loop, through a rigid center body, and then through the second loop. CFS10 is available in sizes 1/8” to 2” / DN3 to DN50

CFS20  Flowtube : The CFS20 Mass Flowtubes combines with a CFT51 Coriolis Mass Flow Transmitter to form a Coriolis Mass Flow and Density Meter. The IMT96 magnetic flow transmitter uses the Foxboro''s patented eX-Pulse coil excitation method for the most difficult applications such as slurries, pastes, pulp stock and non-uniform solids. IMT25 Magnetic Flow transmitter : The Foxboro IMT25 magnetic transmitter uses a pulsed DC technique to excite the Foxboro Models 8000A, 8300, 9100A, 9200A, 9300A, and 2800 Magnetic Flowtube coils, and convert the low level signal voltage to a digital, 4 to 20 mA, or pulse output.
IMT25 magnetic transmitter provides a remote communication via Hart or Foundation Fieldbus communication protocols.

IMT96 Magnetic Flow Transmitter : The Foxboro IMT96 MagEXPERT Magnetic Flow Transmitter is a significant advancement in magnetic flowmeter technology. When combined with a 2800 Series Magnetic Flowtube, it provides a reliable solution to the most noisy flowmeter applications such as high consistency pulp stock, slurries, chemical additives, and pulsating flow. MAG2 : The MAG2 Series Flowmeters are high performance, intelligent Magnetic Flowmeters based on field proven two-wire, loop powered technology. 84F Flanged Vortex Flowmeter : The Foxboro I/A Series® Model 84F is part of a family of intelligent, high performance, vortex flowmeters. 167LP Pneumatic Buoyancy Transmitter : This transmitter is designed to perform measurements for liquid level, interface and density of liquids. The measurement is based on the Archimedes buoyancy principle. The displacer and torque tube design acts as a transmitting element in the measurement of the liquids.

204xx Accessoreis for Buoyancy Transmitters : Buoyancy transmitters to measure liquid level, interface and density are used for open or closed vessels or containers. They can be mounted directly on top of the vessel, or if the application requires, on a side mounted cage. Depending on application and vessel design various installation accessories and the applicable displacer have to be selected. These accessories help protect the displacer measurement from turbulent or fluid agitation.

The Foxboro by Schneider Electruc I/A Series Gauge Pressure IGP60G Transmitter is a microprocessor-based smart transmitter that provides precise, reliable, measurement of gauge pressure and features high performance and excellent stability. Capable of measuring gas, liquid, vapor, and liquid levels, it transmits 4 to 20mA DC analog and digital signals according to the measured gauge pressure. It can also execute two-way communications using HART protocol, thus facilitating self-diagnosis, range resetting, and automatic zero adjustment.

Multivariable Transmitter
IMV25 - The Foxboro IMV25 multivariable transmitter transmits digital process measurements of pressure, differential pressure, and process temperature, as well as internal sensor and electronics temperatures. It is an ideal solution when a number of individual measurements are to be brought into a system for monitoring, control, or calculation. The IMV25 is available with a choice of HART, Modbus, Foundation Fieldbus, or FoxCom digital communications. A single 4 to 20 mA analog output is also provided.

IMV30 - The Foxboro IMV30 Multivariable Transmitter is an intelligent two-wire transmitter that provides precise and reliable measurement of pressure, differential pressure, sensor and electronics temperatures, and process temperature (from an external RTD). It transmits a 4 to 20 mA or digital output signal, as applicable, using HART digital communication for remote configuration, calibration, and monitoring. When used with a primary flow element, it also calculates process density and flow rate, and provides transmission of all the measured and calculated values.


Using measured process pressure and temperature, the IMV30 continuously calculates process fluid density. When used with any of a variety of differential pressure-producing primary flow devices, the transmitter calculates mass or standard volume flow rate. The transmitter provides full dynamic compensation for all variables affecting the flow rate calculation.

IMV31 - The Foxboro IMV31 Density Compensated Level Transmitter is an intelligent two-wire transmitter. It provides precise and reliable measurement of absolute and differential pressure, sensor and electronics temperature, and process or wet leg temperature. It transmits a 4 to 20 mA or digital output signal using HART Communication Protocol for remote configuration, calibration, and monitoring. When used for tank level measurement, it calculates level compensated for liquid density changes.

Even when fluid density varies, the IMV31 provides accurate tank level measurement. It delivers that accuracy in both open (vented) or closed (pressurized) vessels. Used with fluids of known composition, it compensates for density changes in the liquid, the vapor above the liquid, and in the vapor or liquid in any external legs. The result is precise, density-compensated liquid level measurement. The IMV31 is ideal for applications such as boiler drum level where accurate, density-compensated measurement is critical.

871DO-C Sensor - The 871DO is a rugged dissolved oxygen sensor used for parts-per-million level measurements in industrial and municipal installations. The 871DO sensor is housed in a thermoplastic body. It is a rebuildable style sensor with a tough stainless steel reinforced composite membrane bonded to an easily replaceable membrane cap. Membrane caps and replacement electrolyte are the only spare parts, and with regular maintenance, the probe can last several years, even in the most difficult applications. Installation of the 871DO is accomplished through the use of built-in 1 inch NPT threads on the sensor body and the selection of an appropriate mounting adaptor. In applications where sulfur containing gases are dissolved in the liquid stream, the 871DO resists poisoning of the reference electrode through the use of an isolated reference design. When used with the 873DO analyzer, the 871DO offers several diagnostic routines, including membrane fouling, membrane breakage, and loss of internal filling solution.

873DO Analyzer - The Foxboro 873DO is a line-powered, dual sensor input dissolved oxygen analyzer. The 873DO analyzer is used with the 871DO-C sensor for parts-per-million measurements of dissolved oxygen in aeration basins, industrial and municipal wastewater treatment plants, and aquaculture applications. When used with the 871DO sensor, the 873DO offers several sensor diagnostic features. The analyzer periodically monitors the sensor for membrane fouling, membrane breakage, and loss of internal filling solution. Calibration of the 873DO is quick and simple, achieved by allowing the sensor to stabilize in ambient air. Each 873DO analyzer provides two analog output signals (4-20 mA, 0-10 V, 0-20 mA) and two alarm relays. A choice of plastic, panel-mount or metal, field-mount enclosure is available. Each enclosure is ¼ DIN. The metal enclosure is rated NEMA 4X, while the plastic enclosure is NEMA 12 from the front and NEMA 1 from the rear.

873CC Analyzer, 873RS Analyzer, 875CR Analyzer - There are two families of contacting conductivity and resistivity analyzers. Selection depends on the user’s application requirements. The 875CR is a highly accurate instrument that can be used with either Foxboro 871CR or 871CC Sensors. The 875CR can be used either for conductivity or resistivity measurements. The 873CC and 873RS Analyzers are basic, 1/4 DIN instruments that are dedicated either to conductivity (873CC) or resistivity (873RS). They are used with the Foxboro 871CC Sensor, but not with the 871CR. Both the 875 and the 873 Series accept either one or two sensor inputs. They provide local indication, two alarm relays and two analog outputs.

EP459A -     This EP459A sensor assembly is suitable for measuring fluoride concentration typically found in drinking water applications and is a simple, cost-effective solution for ensuring regulatory compliance in fluoridated drinking water. It comes complete with fluoride ISE, reference electrode, solution ground, 100 ohm platinum RTD temperature element, and integral flow cell. The cell has 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet ports for connection to process water. The sensor assembly also includes mounting hardware for convenient surface- or 2" pipe mounting. It requires no chemical reservoirs, pumps, or chemical additions. The fluoride sensor can be mated to one of several Foxboro measuring instruments. Select from the 873DPX or 875PH analyzer, or the 876PH transmitter.

871PH Sensor, 871A Sensor, EP462 Sensor, PH10 DolpHin Sensor, PH10 DolpHin, Smart, PH12 Sensor - Foxboro pH and ORP sensors are available in a large number of form factors, electronic configurations (including Smart) and maintenance styles (disposable and rebuildable). Whether the application requires a 12 mm style probe or an NPT threaded version, Foxboro has the sensors to meet the requirements. Many Foxboro pH sensors use a double junction reference electrode design incorporating an ion barrier called Nafion. The Nafion keeps the silver trapped in the inner cavity so that clogging cannot occur at the outer process junction. pH sensing membranes are available in flat, ruggedized pH, domed pH for high temperature service, and antimony. Mounting accessories are designed for ease of use and flexibility, and range from simple bushings and flow chambers to insertion/retraction assemblies to permit the sensors to be serviced without shutting down the process line.

Partial Stroke Testing (PST) Solution with SRD991 and SRD960 - Final control elements in Emergency Shutdown applications such as ON-OFF, Blow Down and Venting Valves remain in one position over a long time without any mechanical movement. These valves have a tendency to get stuck and as a result may not operate on demand. This can have a severe impact on the functionality of a Safety System and could result in adverse conditions to operating personnel, plant equipment and the environment.

Partial Stroke Test reduces the frequency of shutdown for maintenance and offers operators a tool to easily identify the troubleshooting function of ESD valves. The test can be easily executed via the FDT-DTM based configuration and diagnostic tools VALcare and Valve Monitor. The test can also be requested by an SIS Logic Solver and the result of the test can be read by the Logic Solver. This architecture has been developed in conjunction with Triconex® and eliminates the possibility of human error while reaching a high level of safety as described by IEC 61508 and IEC 61511.

Electro-pneumatic positioners
SRI983 - The SRI983 Positioner is designed for operation of pneumatic valve actuators from control systems and electrical controllers with electric control signals. It is used to reduce the adverse effects of valve friction, for higher thrust and shorter positioning time. Valve Feedback
SGE985, MLS limit switch - Foxboro Limit Switches are designed for linear and rotary application, for Intrinsically Safe or Explosion Proof hazardous area, for very small stroke to very large one. TC10 Thermocouple Temperature - The Accutech TC10 wireless thermocouple temperature field unit provides temperature data using integrated J, K, S and T-type thermocouples. These products also support external B,C,E,L,N and U type thermocouples. RT10 Wireless Resistance Temperature Detectors -  The Accutech RT10 wireless RTD temperature field unit uses standard and non-standard RTDs, including 4-wire DIN 100 Ω platinum, SAMA 100 Ω platinum and DIN 1000 Ω platinum. Probes are available with either spring-loaded or direct-insertion fitting in a variety of probe lengths. Customer-supplied external RTD option also available.

AI10 and AV10 Multi-Input - Ideal for adding wireless capabilities to existing or new wired measurement sensors such as radar tank gauges, flow meters and chemical analyzers, the Accutech AI10 and AV10 wireless multi-input field units provide dual analog inputs in either current (4-20mA) or voltage (0-10V) configurations. Each unit also includes two discrete contact closure inputs.

SI10 Switch Input - The Accutech SI10 field unit is ideal for determining the state of contact switches or for controlling dry contact outputs. The SI10 offers two switch inputs, each of which can be used as a counter with frequencies up to 5hz. The optional output switches can provide control of dry contacts with a maximum throughput of 1A at 30V.

TM10 Turbine Meter - The TM10 wireless turbine meter field unit measures the volumetric flow rate of liquids or gases by detecting the frequency of pulses generated with a standard turbine meter (not included) and applying a user-configured proportional “K” factor. A 22-point correction curve is used as a final offset or for custom calibration of turbine meter as required. There are two principal outputs providing flow rate and totalised flow measurements.

VC10 Valve Controller -  The Accutech VC10 is a fully integrated pneumatic valve controller with integrated latching solenoid. The unit is designed to work autonomously for up to 50,000 cycles on a single battery which equates to many years of maintenance free operation depending on the application. An integrated pressure sensor is used downstream of the solenoid to provide feedback on valve pressure conditions. The unit also includes two discreet inputs, one which can be used as a counter and the other for verification of valve position.

The product is rated for Class I Div1 hazardous environments and is thus ideally suited for oil and gas installations or may be used to wirelessly control pneumatic valves in any hard to reach industrial application.

Output modules
4A0 - The 4AO analog output module provides four 4-20mA analog outputs, representing primary and secondary process variables monitored by field units.

8SW - The 8SW switch output module provides eight switch closures configured to open and close based on the process value, input switch or status of a field unit. These switch closures include low battery or sensor fault values.

Accutech manager - Every Accutech base radio comes with the latest version of Accutech Manager, the configuration and diagnostics software that helps in installation and troubleshooting.

The Accutech Manager software environment provides an easy-to-use, explorer-tree interface to configure Accutech devices locally from a technician’s laptop, or remotely from a centralised, corporate server. Accutech Manager is also a basic data collection system, storing and maintaining field unit measurement data over time. Archived data can be exported to many popular software programs such as Oracle, SQL, and Excel for analysis and report creation.
