SINAMICS G110M

• The distributed drive, with a high degree of protection (up to IP66), has a modular design, comprised of a Control Unit and Power Module – and is designed to be used as a drive integrated in SIMOGEAR geared motors and SIMOTICS GP motors.
• SINAMICS G110M is extremely versatile and efficient as a result of its straightforward commissioning and user-friendliness. In combination with SIMOGEAR, the devices are completely assembled and pre-commissioned.

SINAMICS G120 : The SINAMICS G120 family of closed-loop vector drives offers high levels of integrated safety, energy savings, and network connectivity. Available in ½ to 335 HP, this modular and scalable standard drive may be configured in a wide variety of designs to meet many industrial drive applications. In addition, built-in math and logic eliminate the need for a separate PLC.

The EN 60204 safety functions of the SINAMICS G120 are fully integrated into the drive and include Safe Torque Off, Safe Stop 1, Safety Limited Speed and Safe Brake Control. As a result, production plants obtain greater levels of safety while requiring less overhead to integrate the drives into fail-safe, automation, and drive environments. SINAMICS S110 : The SINAMICS S110  with its built-in basic positioning system is ideal when you need to position machines axes simply, quickly, and accurately. While the positioning drive relieves the higher-level machine control system of the task, this flexible drive actually offers much more. As an alternative to a basic positioning system, the drive can be assigned set values of speed or position using analog input or a field bus interface, such as PROFIBUS, CAN, PROFINET. Additionally, the positioning drive can control a wide range of built-in safety functions with on-board safety terminals without intricate additional circuits. As a modular single-axis drive with servo functionality, SINAMICS S110 covers a power range from 0.15 HP (1-ph AC 230V) to 125 HP (3-ph AC 480V).

SINAMICS S120 : SINAMICS S120 drives include high-performance single drives and coordinated drives (multiple-axis applications) with vector or servo functionalities that allow implementation of customized high performance drive solutions for the ultimate in flexibility and increased productivity. In addition to an innovative system architecture and digital communication options, these drives come in a variety of designs and cooling types, delivering performance from 0.16 to 6,000 HP, and feature efficient engineering and quick commissioning resulting from innovative tools and simple wiring.

The concept of SINAMICS S120 enclosed drive cabinet modules is innovative: configure even the most complex multi-motor common DC bus drive line-ups or highest HP multiparallel drives up to over 5,000 HP by combining standard enclosed drive modules.

SINAMICS S120M
The SINAMICS S120M gives the option to move the power unit out of the control cabinet and is directly integrated with the motor on the driven servo axis. This provides advantages and a high degree of flexibility regarding existing and new machine concepts. The innovative hybrid cable reduces cabling and connects back to the central SINAMICS S120 components utilizing the adapter module 600 (AM600).

SINAMICS S120 Combi : SINAMICS S120 Combi offers the tried-and-tested SINAMICS functionality with an integrated drive concept specifically matched to compact turning and milling machines. With a multitude of technical highlights, SINAMICS S120 Combi sets new standards in this drive class. SINAMICS S120 Combi combines regenerative power supply as well as 3 or 4 motor modules for spindle and feed motors in one power module. In addition, SINAMICS S120 Combi features a connection terminal for a TTL encoder. This facilitates the spindle encoder’s direct and cost-efficient connection without additional hardware.

Note that the SINAMICS S120 Combi is available only when paired with Siemens SINUMERIK 828D and in some instances SINUMERIK 840D sl.

SIMODRIVE 611U : SIMODRIVE  611 Universal (U) is globally recognized as a highly reliable drive solution with a significant installed base. This drive offers integrated positioning functionality in a standard version with output frequencies of up to 1400 Hz. SOMODRIVE 611U includes functions such as built-in point-to-point positioning, external block change, travel/positioning to a dead stop, and on-the-fly measurement.

SINAMICS S210  / SIMOTICS S-1FK2 : A drive designed specifically to complement the new SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motors, the SINAMICS S210 servo drive system offers 5 power classes ranging from 50 to 750 watts (0.07 to 1 Hp). The drive features integrated safety functions and streamlined engineering.

Connected to the higher-level PLC over PROFINET industrial Ethernet, the drive allows simpler commissioning using a web server as well as one-button tuning. Working in combination with the SIMOTICS 1FK2 servo motors, SINAMICS S210 allows for highly dynamic movement of minimal loads as well as ultra-precise movement of medium and higher loads.
